Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling our mattress tape and curtain tape products to potential customers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong customer focus, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Actively prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our products.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotes, negotiate pricing, and close sales orders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of customer orders.
• Provide ongoing support and assistance to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues as needed.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new sales opportunities.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance objectives set by management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in the manufacturing or distribution industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel as needed.
